A little about me

I am a Lexington native, but have been in Louisville for many years now. My hobbies include reading, going to the theatre, seeing concerts, and spending time with my kiddos. My favorite holiday is Christmas, and I start decorating November 1st shamelessly

When you come to your appointment with me

you can expect to be treated with warmth. I love working with people and can’t imagine a
better career. I believe that all people have the answers to their problems inside them, but sometimes they have a hard time seeing them. It’s my job to help them find the answers that they are searching for.

My training and specialty work includes
working with individuals with PTSD, trauma, ADHD, depression and anxiety. I have dual licensure in both mental health and substance abuse. I’m most comfortable working with adults age 18 and up.

In my free time you might find me
cheering on my kids in ice skating, cheerleading, musical theater, or whatever else they happen to join. Otherwise, I’ll be on my patio or in front of a fire reading a good book!
