A Little About Me…

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from the University of Louisville’s Kent School of Social Work in 2017, and obtained my bachelor’s in psychology in 2014. I have been working in the behavioral health world since 2012, and have worked in a wide variety of settings. The majority of my experience is working with adolescents and families. However, in the past few years I have also begun working with adults. My prefered age range to work with is teens and young adults.

A client-centered approach. I like for clients to take control of their own care. I am very laid back and take pride in being personable. I am passionate about helping people find what it means to take care of themselves, so that they can thrive in all areas of their lives, including healthy relationships.

My Training and Specialty Work Includes…

I am a social worker by trade, and specialize in school social work. I have worked in a wide variety of settings, in attempts to help me come with a well-rounded mindset.

I’m most comfortable working with…

I prefer to work with teens and young adults. I often use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and Family Systems therapy as my approach. I frequently work with people experiencing life changes, anxiety, depression, and working through traumatic experiences. I also enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ individuals.

In my free time you might find me…

I enjoy staying active and being out in nature. I also love music and discovering new music. I do lots of activities with my dog, including hiking and going to dog parks.
