A little about me…

When you come to your appointment with me, you might experience…

My goal is to help clients be able to express themselves and feel comfortable in session. I ask a lot about family history, interests, and what you want to work on in therapy during the first session. This is to help clients develop and accomplish their own personal goals in a way that is best for them.

My training and specialty work includes…

I have mostly worked with children ages 5-17 and families the past three years. I have also worked as an expressive therapist as needed in a psychiatric setting and have worked with several populations including adults, geriatrics, and clients with mood disorders. I started out as a licensed art therapist, so I love using art in session if I can along with CBT.
