A little about me
(She/They) I graduated from Lindsey Wilson College in 2023 with a Masters in Counseling and Human Development. I work with children (5 years and older), adolescents, and adults.

When you come to your appointment with me, you might experience
acceptance for who you are. You are the expert in your life, and I am there to support you in your journey. I am identity-affirming and work to create a safe place for all clients. We’ll work together to establish a solid therapeutic relationship.

My training and specialty work includes
My specialty is complex trauma, and I utilize the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to approach trauma work. I also work with clients who experience a range of symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, and stress.

I’m most comfortable working with
clients who identify as LGBTQ+ and/or neurodivergent and clients who struggle with symptoms of trauma.

In my free time you might find me
hiking with my family, curling up with a book, enjoying a movie, or playing a video game.
