A little about me

My hobbies include reading, going to the theatre, spending time with my kiddos and spouse, and, crocheting and other crafty things.  My house is full of a broad spectrum of gamers from video games and Dungeons and Dragons. My favorite season is fall. The color of the leaves and bonfires are the best.

When you come to your appointment with me

you can expect to be treated warmth and kindness. I love my career and being able to help others.  I could not see my self doing anything else.  I believe that everyone has the answers to solve their problems. It’s my job to help people find these answers.

My training and specialty work includes

working with individuals with substance use, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I have history of working in inpatient treatment facilities where I frequently worked with individuals who have schizophrenia and borderline personality disorder to name a few. I am kink friendly. I have a background in couple’s therapy. I am most comfortable working with individuals over the age of 16.

In my free time you might find me

spending time with my family and playing boardgames to include Doom, Power Rangers, etc. If I am not doing those, I will be curled up with a book cuddling with one or more of my furbaby crew.
